The celebration begins on Saturday, August 22, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., as we transform Carroll Street into a festive community celebration.

Bring your family, invite your friends and neighbors, and enjoy live music, delicious food from local food trucks, inflatables, activities for children, and plenty of fun for all ages. Our church doors will be open throughout the event because we want everyone to feel welcome. Whether you've attended Perry Methodist for years or have never stepped inside our church, we'd love for you to come and celebrate with us.

On Sunday, August 23, we will continue our anniversary celebration as we gather for worship at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. These special services will feature inspiring speakers and beautiful music as we reflect on God's faithfulness throughout the generations. Together, we will honor the faithful men and women who came before us, celebrate all that God is doing today, and pray with hope and expectation for the future He has prepared for Perry Methodist Church.

Following the worship services, we invite everyone to the Family Life Center at 12:00 p.m. for a church-wide covered dish luncheon. The church will provide fried chicken, fried chicken tenders, baked chicken tenders, and a beautiful anniversary cake. Bring a favorite dish or two to share as we gather around the table, just as generations of our church family have done before us. There is something special about sharing a meal together, telling stories, making new memories, and celebrating the blessings God has poured out on our church for 200 years.
